This surgery has gone downhill slowly every year you cannot get appointments unless you can wait approximately 3 weeks on average then it is very rare to see the doctor you want . Dr Kittel only does 2 days a week as outpatients at hospitals and is on medical committee most of the recepionists are very rude and unhelpful we have been with this surgery for about 30 yrs and watched it decline continuously.

Online booking is a godsend and must help the practice manage their team as well.
It amazes me how many people just don't turn up for an appointment, this should be monitored more and perhaps dealt with eg don't attend once without a reason/call you get charged!

Good service at the surgery and Doctor Lim is a fantastic doctor. Surgery really needs to keep him past August. Best doctor I have seen in years!

The receptionists at Forest End are very good, they try to help with any problems and are polite and mostly cheerful.
